Glass Straight-line Beveling Machine

This series machine is suitable for grinding bevel and bottom edges of flat glass or mirror.The joint-link adopts chainless ball bearing construction,and the grinding head uses up&down construction.There are two pencil edge wheels for DB362 bottom edge,one is for bottom edge coarse grinding,the other is for bottom edge polishing.With a wide processing range,this series machine’s min.processing glass size is 25mm×25mm（1’’×1’’）,and max.width of bevel can reach 50mm（2’’）.The controlling system adopts PLC,which can be operated manually or automatically.The human-machine displays various parameters,such as the glass thickness,bevel width and angle,remaining thickness and processing speed.The transmission speed adopts frequency control.The machine can grind and cleanthe rear transmitting plate by itself.
